Amidst the cold and frigid winter, we have found a way to warm you up from the inside out during this upcoming Winterfest event – the Heart & Soul Hamilton festival! From performance to workshops to a diverse collection of vendor marketplace, Heart and Soul is a doorway to learn about all things related to sustainability.
Heart and Soul Hamilton is a two-day event taking place on Saturday February 14th & Sunday February 15th, 2015 at 270 Sherman Avenue North (between Barton and Burlinton).
Highlights include drop in Yoga at 11am both days, then at noon on Saturday join in a Poetry Slam led by Hamilton Youth Poets, at 5pm bring your drum for an open community drum circle.
Saturday night at 7:00pm will feature an action packed and exciting “La Nuit de Coeur Cabaret” performance by the Hamilton Aerial Group plus performances by an array of talented musicians and performers.
On Sunday February 15th a variety of classes will take place (Drop in classes, talks and demonstrations take place throughout the weekend). The following are the list of activities to take place:
